Mental health issues are a serious challenge facing modern society, particularly among adolescents and adults. When facing life's pressures, many people turn to spirituality as a way to find peace and meaning in life. Prayer is a form of spiritual practice widely used to cope with life's stresses and resolve various problems. The purpose of this article is to examine the relationship between prayer, spirituality, and mental health through Kenneth Pargament's religious coping approach. This theory distinguishes between positive and negative spiritual coping and explains how prayer can be a tool for managing psychological distress. This research used a qualitative approach with a literature review. The results indicate that prayer has a positive impact on reducing anxiety, increasing feelings of meaning in life, and strengthening an individual's psychological resilience. Therapeutic approaches involving prayer are considered part of spirituality and are closely aligned with the values of religious Indonesian culture. Therefore, prayer helps to increase peace and spirituality, leading to stable mental health.
