Abstrak

This study examines the implementation of hypnotherapy in the recovery process of traumatic behavior at the Manawiyah Counseling Center. The problem raised is the need for effective therapy for victims of psychological trauma, with hypnotherapy as a promising alternative method. The study aims to understand the implementation process, therapy dynamics, and the impact of hypnotherapy on changes in client behavior and emotions. The method used is a qualitative research approach with a case study approach, involving in depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Strauss & Corbin technique to interpret patterns and themes from the qualitative data. The results show that hypnotherapy is effective in creating positive behavioral changes and emotional stability through adaptive trance induction and suggestion techniques, supported by warm interactions and a personal approach. Systematic documentation of the therapy strengthens the validity of the results and supports the development of culturally responsive trauma therapy in the Indonesian context.
